Early Release Procedures

Please send your student to school with a note if he or she needs to be released early. A phone call before 7:30AM is also acceptable. All notes need to be turned in to the Attendance office by 7:30AM; your student can return at lunch to pick-up their dismissal note. We encourage you to make every effort to pre-arrange your students absence. Following this procedure will help us cut down on in-class interruptions.

Additionally, if your student is ill, he or she needs to go to the health room and call home from there.

Snohomish High School Hall of Fame

Since 1994, numerous people associated with Snohomish High School have been enshrined into the Snohomish High School Hall of Fame.Next fall, Snohomish High School will induct a new class into the Hall of Fame. This award goes to either a Snohomish High School graduate who has given to his or her community through service to youth or civic causes, or to a staff or community member through years of service to the students of Snohomish High School.

There are four categories that an individual may be nominated in:

  • Professional success in Business, Education, or Government.
  • Humanitarian Services, Science, or Medicine.
  • Athletics, Arts, or Entertainment.
  • Contributions to SHS (for a non-SHS graduate)

Nominations are due by Monday February 2, 2012 to:
