Obtaining an Official (sealed) SHS Transcript

Complete a Transcript Request Form (click here or pick up in the Counseling Office - on the small table in the corner by the Health Room).

Place the completed form in the tray on the small table in the corner of the Counseling Office, indicating the number of transcripts and if you wish to include your class rank and test scores.

Transcripts are prepared on Mondays and Thursdays and may be picked up in the white box. Be sure to give yourself plenty of time.

If you need a transcript mailed directly to a school or scholarship organization, please provide the Registrar with a stamped, addressed legal-size envelope.

                Scholarship Notebook Information
               
The local scholarship notebook program (see Career Center page) allows students the opportunity to receive local  financial  awards, from the many sponsors throughout our community.  Representatives from these sponsors review student notebooks and make selections of student award recipients.  While many of the awards are not large in amount, it is considered an honor to receive one.
