Scratch / Add Policy:
We have always believed that the Eason Invitational should be an athlete centered meet.  We want to provide each athlete with an experience they can remember and cherish.  Up until now, we have accommodated most athletes and coaches with last minute changes, which has been great for all of you but a nightmare for our computer people.  This year the procedure is different in an attempt to allow you, as coaches, some flexibility and our computer people some peace of mind.  We feel this will also allow us to get updated heat results posted in a timely manner. 

Please read this over carefully and keep it with your entry sheet.

All entries are due by 3:00 PM.  The only way to enter athletes in the 2009 Invite is through Athletic.net.  Please be sure to check spelling and marks as this is the information that will be used for seeding and the program. Any athlete entered after this date will be entered on a space available basis. Please be advised that we will only run 48 athletes in the laned events and we reserve the right to limit the distance fields (1600,3200) based on performance.

Heat and flight assignments will be posted to this Web site by Wednesday April 15, 2009 at 3:00 PM. Please go over the entries carefully to make sure all your athletes are in the meet. Any additional entries will be accepted at this time based upon space available in events. Please enter your athletes through Athletic.net. Slots will be filled by athletes with the best marks. We reserve the right to limit field event entries based on performance. Final entry considerations will be accepted though 7:00PM.

Friday April 17, 2009
Final heat/flight assignments will be posted to this web site. No additional entries will be accepted after this date. Athletes not listed in the heat/flight lists may be brought to the meet as alternates but there is no guarantee that they will compete. It is the coach's responsibility to check with meet management on an alternates status the day of the meet.

Coaches meeting in the SHS cafeteria.  Only scratches will be done at this meeting.  No additions will be allowed in any event.  Please have at least one coach at this meeting.  Coaches missing this meeting will be held responsible for the information.
