API Club- Tim Fraser-Bumatay
- Asian/pacific islander club centers around multiple Asian heritages to educate and promote diversity. To engage students the club hosts different events to get students involved and participate in learning about new cultures.
Anime Otaku Club - Tim Fraser-Bumatay
- Anime is a club filled with people who have an interest in animation. Demon Slayer. Spirited Away. My Hero Academia. If any of these names ring a bell, or even if they don't, you should join the Anime Club where we plan to watch anime and then spend hours watching them!
Art Honor Society - Toni Minish
- For students with a passion for art. They are also responsible for planning and hosting the Night of the Arts. This club is affiliated with the National Art Education Association and the dues are $5 per person.
ASB/Leadership - Morgan Green
- SHS class.
- ASB leadership begins with the will, which is our unique ability as human beings to align our intentions with our actions and choose our behavior. With the proper will, we can choose to love: the verb, which is about identifying and meeting legitimate needs, not wants, of those we lead. When we meet the needs of others, we will, by definition, be called upon to serve and even sacrifice. When we serve and sacrifice for others, we build authority or influence, The Law of the Harvest. And when we build authority with people, then we have earned the right to be called a leader.
Backyardigans Club - Mike Harkins
- Backyard games such as cornhole, can-jam and spike ball. The goals of this club are to build teamwork and relationships.
Badminton - Lindsay Barstad
- The Badminton Club provides an opportunity for students to work on their badminton skills through mini games and tournaments. It is a relaxed and fun environment and is open to everyone, all skills levels.
Book Club - Heidi Pike
- Book club is for all of our passionate readers at SHS! They decide on certain books to read as a group and get together periodically to talk about them.
CADD Club - Brad Johnson
- CADD (Computer Aided Drafting and Design) is a club that deals with machinery, welding and computer-aided drafting.
Cheerleading - Heidi Pike
- Snohomish High School Cheer is an athletic leadership activity, not just a club! Our cheerleaders bring leadership and excitement during assemblies, school events and our sporting events. The cheer season runs May through March and does include mandatory summer practices, camp, and events. Those involved must have at minimum a 2.5 GPA or better in the semester prior to tryouts, positive teacher recommendations, and successfully complete the tryout process in the spring. To try out, students must meet the prior semester grade requirement of 2.5 and have a current physical on file with the athletic department.
Chess Club- Ame Albrecht
- The SHS Chess Club is where brains meet fun! We're a group of students who love hanging out, learning new strategies, and playing chess- no experience needed. Come for the checkmates, stay for the friends and laughs.
Chinese Club - Li Xue

The Chinese club provides a fun and engaging environment for students to learn about Chinese culture and traditions. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, we welcome all students who are interested in Chinese culture. No Chinese language skills required.
Choir - Holly Batstone
- Multiple choirs is the goal, ranging from advanced choirs that require auditioning to a beginning choir for those just getting started.
Computer Science - Scott Bracken
- Computer Science Club is for anyone interested in computer programming or learning more about computer science.
DECA - Will Hill
- SHS class.
- Washington DECA is on a mission to prepare emerging leaders and entrepreneurs.
Diversity Club - Sky Maynard
- Students working to bring awareness and celebrate the different cultural, racial, and ethnic backgrounds of students at Snohomish High School.
Environmental Club - Kristina Herrin
- The Environmental Club is committed to leave the SHS campus better than we found it.
FBLA - Kathy Purviance-Snow and Angela Stone
- FBLA stands for Future Business Leaders of America. This group of students runs our on-campus espresso stand, engages in community service as well as competes in competitions. Opens doors to job offers & looks great on college resumes!
FCA - Ken Roberts
- FCA stands for Fellowship of Christian Athletes. This is a club for athletes around the school who come together to talk about how their faith has played a role in their activities.
FFA - Tracy Brown
- FFA stands for Future Farmers of America. It is a club dedicated to promoting leadership in the agricultural field.
Future Medical Professionals Club - Sara Larson
- For students interested in sports medicine or other medical careers. You can work with the school’s athletic trainer who also teaches the sports medicine class. This includes helping the athletic trainer with athletes and their injuries in sports at the high school. Other activities include attending and competing in HOSA events and competitions.
German Club - Lauren Rueter
- The German Club is designed for all students who want to make new friends while learning about the German language.
Iron Club - Jay Adams
- For students passionate about working hard to build muscle and grow stronger. They also prepare for and compete in weightlifting competitions against other schools.
JROTC - Captain Lennon and Captain Freda

- ROTC. is a program for students who are dedicated to learning discipline and leadership.
JV Cheerleading- Jenni Kaloger
- JV Cheerleading is a group of committed people who have a passion for dancing. They spend multiple days a week practicing, and once a routine is perfected, they perform it.
Key Club - Jenny Service
- Key Club is an international, student-led organization that provides its members with opportunities to provide service, build character and develop leadership. It has countless of sister clubs all around the nation and world, which all work with another to bring about real change in their community and in the world. The focus of Key Club is to better our community, especially our local Snohomish community, through a variety of organized service projects. We are dedicated to the service of others, and students serving in the club will be presented with an opportunity to earn community service hours.
Kindness Club - Sydney Davis
- Kindness club works towards spreading positivity and kindness across the campus throughout the school year by participating in random acts of kindness.
Knowledge Bowl Team - Caleb Ellefson
- Knowledge Bowl is a trivia-based club that allows students to participate in jeopardy-style tournaments.
Lacrosse Club - Heidi Pike
- For students passionate about playing Lacrosse or just interested in learning more about the sport.
Latino Unidos - Karla Reyes Sanchez and Chrissy Helmke
- The goal of Latinos Unidos is to create a sense of unity among all students at Snohomish High School. The club provides a space where students get to spend time learning and celebrating Latinx culture. We celebrate Latinx culture by engaging and sharing history, food, activities, and music.
Link Crew - Adam Brauch and Tracy Brown
- Link Crew is a high school transition program that welcomes freshmen and makes them feel comfortable throughout the first year of their high school experience. Built on the belief that students can help students succeed, Boomerang Project's proven high school transition program trains mentors from your junior and senior classes to be Link Crew Leaders. As positive role models, Link Crew leaders are mentors and student leaders who guide the freshmen to discover what it takes to be successful during the transition to high school and help facilitate freshman success.
Model UN - Danielle Gadek
- We aim to develop students' global awareness, public speaking, negotiation, and leadership skills through activities like weekly training sessions, mock debates, country research and participation in regional or national MUN conferences. The club focuses on critical thinking, teamwork, and fostering a deeper understanding of international relations and cultural perspectives.
National Honor Society - Kaci Cowan
- Honor Society is a club that recognizes students for scholarships, leadership, service, and character. Juniors and seniors with a cumulative 3.5+ GPA will be invited to apply.
Only 7 Seconds Club - Payton Wangner
- We are focused on the power of small connections to strengthen a school community. The goal is to create an inclusive environment where youth are encouraged to build meaningful connections by taking just 7 seconds to reach out to others. Every student has the potential to combat loneliness and create a ripple effect of kindness, belonging, and connection.
Orchestra Club - Rich Carey
- Offers a supportive and collaborative environment for students to practice and improve their musical skills on orchestral stringed instruments such as violin, viola, cello, and string bass. All ability levels, experience, and musicians are welcome. Each meeting will focus on developing skills, group rehearsals, and individual practice time. The school does not have orchestral instruments to loan students, so you will need to provide your own.
Panther Band - Rich Carey
- SHS class.
- Panther Band, which is available to any student who plays an appropriate instrument at an acceptable level, is the extracurricular group which is usually seen as the "school band."
Panther Pals - Elaisa Navarro
- Panther Pals is a program that was established more than 25 years ago with the purpose of building positive and healthy community. SHS students (grades 10-12) are matched with elementary students to provide a role model for scheduled Panther Pal events throughout the school year.
Panther Press - Rochelle Feil-Adomowsky and Sky Maynard
- Panther Press is the group of students who oversee Snohomish High School’s online newspaper.
Ping Pong - Ryan Gadwa
- Ping Pong Club is a fellowship club in which anyone can participate. This club provides friendly competition among club members.
Poetry Club - Linda Sparks
- Poetry Club is a place for young poets to gather. Led by retired SHS teacher Jamie Stockton, young poets read and discuss great poetry as well as create and share their own writing with the group.
Robotics - Matt Johnson
- For students who are interested in learning more about, building, and even competing in robotics. Students work together with robotics club members from Glacier Peak High School.
Science Club - Ame Albrecht
- The focus of science club differs from year to year.
Senate - Morgan Green
- For students with a passion for politics and have a voice for this school. Class-elected students get together once a month to discuss subjects such as ASB, budget money and constitutional amendments.
Ski and Snowboard Club- Kristina Herrin
- The SHS Ski and Snowboard Club is a fun gathering of students in all grades who are interested in snow sports. Our meetings gather students who love to shred or want to know more about these sports. Through this club students can find fellow Panthers to head to the slopes with and expand their skills.
Skills USA - Matt Johnson, Brad Johnson, Linsey Turski
- Skills USA is the Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO) for the shop and manufacturing classes at Snohomish High School. This club is a co-curricular experience for students that are currently enrolled in the shop classes.
- Our chapter's Program of work provides students with the opportunity of: skills competition, workplace experience, leadership development, community engagement and financial management, partner engagement and advocacy and Marketing.
Social Club - Janette Jarrott
- For students to work together to learn about real world experiences like making purchases, reading menus, labels, and directions, as well as go to job sites to learn work skills.
Spanish Club - Jennifer Buckley
- Spanish Club will allow you to broaden your knowledge of Hispanic culture and enhance your Spanish speaking and writing skills.
Speech and Debate - David Gerrish
- Speech and debate are a competition-based club in which students have a wide variety of events to choose to participate in that range from short speeches to intense debates.
Sportsman’s Club - Louis Boggeri
- For students who love hunting, fishing, and all things outdoors, and are interested in doing research and conducting local experiments to learn more about our environment.
Tabletop/Game Club - Linda Sparks
- Game club is an opportunity for students who are interested in games (board/video/computer/card games) to meet and get to know each other.
Theatre Club - Holly Batstone
- Drama Club typically puts on the school fall play and the spring musical. There are several responsibilities in the Drama Club, from being an actor to overseeing lighting.
Thrive Club - Theresa Crippen
- A group of students who get together to share about their faith, often taking part in activities like sharing Bible verses and singing songs.
Yarn Club - Rochelle Feil-Adamowsky
- Yarn Club is a place for all who are interested in fiber arts: crochet, knitting, weaving, felting, etc.
Yearbook - Rosella Boyer
- SHS Class.
- A group of creative students who work together to produce the school’s yearbook by the end of the year.
Yoga - Lindsay Barstad
- Improving your flexibility or just getting a change to relax, come to yoga. You don't need any equipment, but should wear comfortable clothes.
